Pablo’s diverse business background spans 25 years of experience in sales, management, operations, and business development. As a founder of the company, Pablo has spent the last several years developing a team-based business model to deliver the very best in design, service, and implementation. His attention to detail has set the tone for Tactical’s customer service. His unique ability to listen to ideas and translate them into action has resulted in the dynamic of Tactical. Pablo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Government Administration and a Masters Degree specializing in Operations, Management, and Human Factors. Additionally, Pablo holds executive management certifications from Dartmouth Colleges Tuck School of Business.
